Paleo Cabbage Roll Skillet
Remember those homey cabbage rolls Grandma spent hours making?! Well here is my lazy mom interpretation! It only takes four ingredients to make this one pot, satisfying, comfort food!
head of cabbage
I used Grass Fed Beef
Vegetable or Tomato Juice
salt to taste
Brown ground beef in your skillet
Once beef is browned add sliced cabbage, tomato juice, and salt to skillet
Cover and cook on medium heat until cabbage is tender. About 20 minutes.
